TwogetherCare is an AI-powered relationship counseling platform developed by MoskaiSoft. User privacy is our top priority. This policy explains how your data is collected, used, and protected.

2. Data Collected

The following data is processed during your use of TwogetherCare and stored on our secure servers to provide the service:

• Personal Information: Data entered in form fields such as name, age, gender, and occupation.
• Chat Data: Content of conversations with the AI counselor.
• Stress and Analysis Data: Assessment data such as stress factors, love language, and conflict style.

3. Data Storage

Your conversations and personal information are stored on our secure servers (Supabase infrastructure) over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and encrypted at rest, in order to generate your reports. Neither other users nor your partner can access your raw conversations; partners cannot see each other's answers or chats. Only server-side processes for report generation access the data. Your raw conversation is automatically deleted after your report is delivered; only the AI-generated reports and a private summary are retained. You may request deletion of all your data at any time.

4. Third-Party Services

TwogetherCare uses the following third-party services for analysis and counseling:

• Google Gemini AI: Uses Google's AI model for chat and analysis. Data sent is subject to Google's privacy policy.

5. Cookies

TwogetherCare does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser's local storage (localStorage) is used for session management, while your chat and analysis data are stored on our secure servers.

6. Data Security

Your data is encrypted in transit with HTTPS/TLS and stored encrypted at rest on our servers. Access is restricted by strict authorization rules (row-level security). However, no transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

7. User Rights

Because your data is stored on our servers, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your data under applicable data-protection law (e.g. KVKK/GDPR). Contact us for deletion or correction requests; upon your request your data is permanently deleted. You are responsible for the security of PDF reports you download.
